How do I use my Membership Code or a promotional code?
On the last screen of the check out process, you will enter your code into the “promotional code” box and then click “apply” to apply the code to your order.
I can’t find my Online Membership code.
Once you have logged into your online account, go to “My Account” and your Online Membership will be listed. By clicking on the product name, you will be able to see the actual code itself.
How do I turn in a TAX EXEMPT form?

How can I return a product?
